ABOUT ME

Ever since I can remember, I have always loved making art, whether it was simple doodles in class or making charcoal drawings bigger than me. My interest in art stemmed from boredom but soon became a therapeutic outlet for me. I became interested in digital art about two years ago when my roommate introduced me to the fantastic world of digital art and its endless possibilities. Around that time, I picked up two minors besides my psychology major; landscape architecture and art practices. In my Landscape Architecture classes, I have previously struggled with being able to use applications like photoshop and illustrator to help me with my planning work and projects. I also wanted to take a digital art class for personal use outside of school. As an artist, my primary medium is acrylic painting, and more recently, I have found a passion for 3D acrylic paintings and the usage of multimedia within acrylic paintings. My work focuses on my spiritual journey and is used as my own creative release through the style of surrealism. Vibrant colors are always my go-to in my work, as well as smooth gradients and blending with acrylic paint. In the past, I have made acrylic paintings mainly of landscapes and nature, designed a few tattoos, I received the “Best Artist” award in high school, etc. I hope to create someday paintings that tower over me, as well as sell my work.
